Listen to all stakeholders, take the opportunity to attend initial meetings and determine exactly what needs to be created and why. Why does this product need to exist and what is the role of the UX team. Where the UX create a foundational approach that aligns with a high-level business strategy
Understand project scope
Conduct research to gain a deep understanding of users, their needs, and their pain points
Prioritize the necessary components of the current phase
Evaluate the need for UX activities (Site audits, comparative analysis and such reports)
