Usecase 01 Cost savings by switching to Generic Medications

Image70.jpg

Testing and Improvement

  • Based on the user feedback, they liked the notifications and alerts popping up in a timely manner

  • The users loved the order tracking which gives stronger connectivity, care, and empathy

  • Downside - Some prescriptions cannot be replaced without a doctor's approval. In this case, the system has to add one more loop for getting approval from the doctor

Usecase 02 Cost savings by switching to a new Pharmacy

Image71.jpg

Testing and Improvement

  • Based on the user feedback, they liked the notifications and alerts popping up in a timely manner

  • Most users (seniors) loved saving ideas even though switching pharmacies

  • List of pharmacies with Rx costs shown with the pin location and distance (milage) so user can conveniently pick his/her preferred one
