Business Context Diagram (BCD)
We designed the Business Context Diagram for the future state and identified the number of use cases and screen templates associated with the MVP. We then prioritized the sequential orders of key use cases to work on the coming 5 sprints.
We also identified the UX team, mainly 4 headcounts including myself as a lead UX Specialist followed by 2 UX designers and 1 Visual Designer, especially for the coming 5 sprints.
