Our Design Approach

Foundational Approach

02

Systematic typography styling (golden scale). A foundational grid system that all content aligns to the Scale of imagery, typography, and/or graphical elements creates hierarchy, and drama, and breaks up the monotony of repetitive grids

01

A simple aesthetic, attention to detail, intuitive & and user-friendly. Minimum cognitive load. Focused page narrative, often leveraging whitespace and Elegant UI that enhances wayfinding without being overt

03

Contextual videos are leveraged to aid the cognitive load of what would otherwise require a long-form copy. Surprise and delight through user interaction

Digital Interviews

Image07.jpg
  • Gathered needed information in a guided interview that incorporates best practices from advisors

  • One question at a time – Turbo Tax Example

  • Follow-ups anticipated – screen shows tips and answers to questions that typically come up

  • Focus on the Why of financial planning – what is important to the client, not just milestones or purchases

  • Sustainable investing – profile can build a socially responsible investment-managed account

  • Profile interviews can help identify a better match between a particular client and an advisor (e.g. Match.com)
